DESCRIPTION:Presented by and hosted at the beautiful Maggie Valley Club \, on Monday\, April 17\, 2023. The Casino Royal is an 18 hole Captain’s Choice style tournament. The Casino Royal theme adds to the fun as hole sponsors will challenge your competitive spirit with casino style games offering players an opportunity to “up their game”.  ! Rounds are $600 per foursome and includes a buffet lunch at awards ceremony.  Registration coffee and Continental breakfast will begin at 8:30 with shot gun start at 9:30 AM!!!  All the proceeds go to the Haywood County Schools Exceptional Children’sProgram. The program provides specially designed instruction to ensure that all children with disabilities\, ages 3 through 21\, have available to them a free appropriate public education. SUMMARY:Dine Out | Shop Out for Autism
DESCRIPTION:A community-wide fundraising event that brings together restaurants\, shops\, and consumers to help raise funds for and Autism awareness.  Local restaurants and shops will donate 10% of their revenue. April is national Autism Awareness Month. Every year\, organizations around the country celebrate throughout the month with unique fundraising and awareness-raising events. According to the Center for Disease Control\,1 in 68 children have been identified withautism spectrum disorder (ASD). Evidence suggests that the prevalence rate in North Carolina is even higher than the national average\, at 1 in 58. ASD is more common thanchildhood cancer\, cystic fibrosis\, and multiple sclerosis combined. Join Richie’s Alliance for Autism on  April 18TH 2023\, for a community-wide fundraising event that brings together consumers to help raise funds and awareness for ASD. During our Dine Out /Shop Out for Autism event\, local restaurants\, shops and breweries will donate 10% of revenue to the Haywood County School Foundation Exceptional Children’s department.  the Haywood County Schools Foundation‘s ECP (Exceptional Children’s Program)  provides specially designed instruction to ensure that all children with disabilities\, ages 3 through 21\, have available to them a free appropriate public education. Enjoy award-winning wines and beer from some of the best local breweries. Early arriving guests will enjoy Pol Roger Champagne tasting. Adding to the ambience will be the cool sounds of James Hammel and Friends\, a quartet featuring jazz\, pop\, and renditions of artist like Tony Bennett\, Michael Bublé & Frank Sinatra. Master of Ceremonies Allen Brasington will have guide us throughout the evening and will get everyone in the giving mood with a Live Auction.
